Voting Body: Eligibility to vote is based on membership status as of December 12, 2025, and includes: Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC) Members, Regular Democratic County Central Committee Members, Club Representatives from participating Democratic Chartered Clubs/Organizations (CCOs)

Voting Process: Voting will utilize an electronic ballot platform. A minimum of five eligible voting members must submit a ballot to establish a quorum.
